Images uploaded within Notesify are stored and delivered through Cloudinary.

5. AI Features and Google Gemini

Notesify includes AI-powered features through Google Gemini.

When you interact with the AI assistant ("Iris"), selected portions of your notes or prompts may be transmitted to Google Gemini APIs for the purpose of generating responses, explanations, summaries, or other requested outputs.

This data is shared only as necessary to fulfill your request.

The handling of information processed through Gemini APIs is also subject to Google's applicable privacy and data processing policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfill legitimate operational, legal, and security requirements.

When content is deleted by you, it may be removed immediately from active systems or queued for deletion according to our retention processes.

Temporary backups may retain deleted information for a limited period before automatic removal.
